FAQ

Questions, answered

Cannot find your answer? Message us on WhatsApp, we reply quickly.

Do you guarantee a visa?

No one can. Visa decisions are made only by German missions and authorities. We make sure your application is complete, consistent and convincing.

Do you give legal advice?

We handle documents, planning, appointments, translations and relocation. Where individual legal advice on residence law is needed, our partner lawyers take over.

Is Ausbildung really paid?

Yes. In company-based Ausbildung you receive a monthly training allowance, by law at least €724 in the first year for contracts starting in 2026. Many sectors pay more.

Which countries do you work with?

Applicants from every country that needs a visa for Germany.

How long does a visa take?

It depends on the visa type and the German mission. After reviewing your case we give you a realistic timeline.

What does it cost?

Fixed packages per visa type, with a written offer before we start. Official fees (for example €75 for a national visa, €90 for a Schengen visa) are paid separately.
